How RabbitCalls handles personal and call data.
Last updated: September 2026
Who we are
RabbitCalls operates the marketing site and the product application used to place and receive AI-assisted calls and related WhatsApp workflows. Contact support@rabbitcalls.com for privacy questions.
Information we collect
Account and demo form details (name, work email, company, phone), usage and billing data, call recordings and transcripts when you enable them, and standard website analytics (for example pages viewed).
How we use information
We use data to provide the service, process demos and support requests, improve reliability and language quality, meet legal obligations, and communicate product updates you opt into.
Call recordings & consent
When recording is enabled, you are responsible for informing callers and obtaining any consent required under applicable law. Recordings and transcripts are stored securely and accessible to authorised users in your organisation.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data with infrastructure and communications providers only as needed to run the service, or when required by law.
Retention & security
We retain account and call data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or contractual requirements. We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of call content.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions. Contact support@rabbitcalls.com.
