Agreement
By accessing rabbitcalls.com or creating an account on the RabbitCalls product, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
The service
RabbitCalls provides cloud telephony, AI voice agents, recording/transcription, outbound campaigns, and related WhatsApp workflows. Features may change as we improve the product. Commercial plan lengths and minute rates are described on the Pricing page and confirmed at onboarding.
Accounts & acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You may not use RabbitCalls for spam, fraud, harassment, unlawful collections practices, or any activity that violates telecom, privacy, or consumer protection laws.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for scripts and content your agents use, for obtaining required consent for recordings and outreach, and for complying with TRAI and other applicable regulations for commercial communications.
Fees
Plan fees and usage charges are billed as agreed at signup or in your order form. Unused prepaid minutes and plan periods are subject to the commercial terms shared during onboarding unless stated otherwise.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RabbitCalls is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
