Purpose

Billing is where you manage your plan commitment and prepaid wallet. Usage is deducted from the wallet in real time. Top up with Add Money or Bank Transfer so campaigns and AI calls do not pause.

Active Commitment

Shows your current plan (e.g. Pro · Active), wallet credit for the commitment period, amount paid (GST incl.), start and expiry dates, and days remaining.

Example: Pro — ₹3,000.00 wallet credit · 3 months
Payment history line (e.g. ₹3,540.00 paid including GST)
Started / Expires timeline

These rates match the in-app Billing card and the public Pricing page. Charges deduct from your wallet as you use the product.

Wallet

Available balance is what you can spend on minutes and rentals. Use + Add Money or Bank Transfer to top up. Turn Autopay On so monthly number rental renews from the wallet automatically.

Tip: If the wallet runs out, AI calling pauses until you top up — keep Autopay on for number rental so numbers do not lapse.
